Almost time for chain upgrade folks.

📢 Important PSA: another Nyx chain upgrade inbound! 📢

The Nyx chain will undergo an upgrade next Tuesday, hopefully just as smoothly as last time. The proposed block height for the upgrade is 8010500, which will be reached on

⌚️18 July Tuesday, at 11:30 AM UTC (+/- 2 hours as block times are not always consistent).

During this time the chain will halt, which means:
 1️⃣ Mix mining and staking rewards will not be calculated
 2️⃣ The Nym wallet will not work
 3️⃣ Native NYM token transactions will not work
 4️⃣ NymConnect may not work and the mixnet may become inaccessible during the upgrade.

The upgrade will likely take an epoch (~1 hour) or less. In the off chance something goes wrong, it may take longer - please keep an eye on our channels, we will keep you posted about how it goes!
